FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
Each MOOD HOUSE is different and configured as per Client’s needs. We are project based company and apart of building tiny houses we provide wide range of consultancy services from design, planning to final turn-key solutions.
NO BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRED
Please check your local building codes – in some countries this type of buildings (mobile, without conventional foundations) are classified as temporary buildings and have simplified procedures of their registration or even don’t require building permits.
NO CONVENTIONAL FOUNDATIONS
MOOD HOUSE`s don’t require conventional foundations – they are laid down on specially designed pile foundations which require no digging, no pouring, no backfilling resulting in little to no soil or vegetation disturbance.
PREFABRICATED & MOBILE
MOOD HOUSE`s are prefabricated, fully equipped for final use. Their sizes (3 available models & sizes) are designed so they could be transported by semitrailers to selected site and later moved to other location, if required.
VERSATILE USE
Our buildings can be used for various purposes: vacation rentals, residential houses, weekend house, office space, SPA area (sauna, treatment rooms, jakuzzi etc.), educational purpose (such as small classrooms / workshops etc.), cultural purpose (such as exhibition pavilion or gallery) or any other use you find suitable!

Depending of your county building codes and regulations and availability of renewable energy sources – our Partners for renewable energy technologies (solar panels, solar thermal collectors, wind generators or hybrid: solar and wind), biomass boilers, heat pumps, geothermal, hydropower), water collection and filtration systems (rainwater collectors and filtration systems) and ventilation / air purification can advise you how to make your building fully independent (off-grid) and sustainable.
