DESIGN PROCESS
Our integrated design process is very intuitive, simple and will guide your STEP BY STEP through required selections to your final building. This is highly collaborative process to assure that each decision you have taken is done with necessary support from our professionals to reflect your desires and preferences into final building solution. Our design concept use 6 STEPS APPROACH which makes design process simplified:
Step 1 - shape and size options
Choose between EVEN or UNEVEN shape for main building module. ANNEX module is commonly used to add extra space to your main building. Then choose S, M or L size module according to your space requirements – bigger size brings more options BUT transportation cost is higher due to oversized load transport regulations.
Step 2 - Puzzle fitting main building and annexes
You can extend your space by adding additional house modules SIDE BY SIDE or ONE BEHIND ANOTHER. You can also add various ANNEXES to main building such as terrace, canopy, platform etc. This system is designed similar to puzzle cubes so awake your inner child and find best solution for your needs!
Step 3 - Envelope options, roofing and facade
Now that you have established main building layout it is time to customize its external look! Choose between STANDARD, PREMIUM or LUX finishes options for roof and facade or some other custom materials. In this phase you will be able to add extra wall/roof windows for additional light.
Step 4 - Gable wall options
Selection of gable wall design will further PERSONALIZE YOUR HOUSE. Choose between fully glazed for maximum light, partially glazed or fully enclosed gable wall with various facade finishes. Design options depend only upon your imagination!
Step 5 - MEP & ELV options
According to your needs we can suggest several available options for lightning, heating, cooling, water collection and filtration systems. Furthermore, we can install various SMART systems for remote monitoring and control of ELV systems: video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection (IDS), fire detection (FA), access control (ACS), room management (RMS), Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV) etc. We can also equip your house with various OFF GRID solutions such as solar panels, wind generators, power banks and similar.
Step 6 - Interior finishes and furnishing options
Customize your interior options from selection of INTERNAL FINISHES, BATHROOM & KITCHEN OPTIONS to FURNISHING OPTIONS such as furniture, carpets, bedding, decoration, curtains and other household appliances.
