Mood Houses are lightweight houses due to their structure and don’t require traditional foundations. They present the most eco-friendly solution for dwellings, without need for excavation and conventional site preparation. They are placed on special feet/footings, which are integral part of the substructure of the house OR in case of sloped terrain, specially designed pile foundation are installed, again with minimum impact to soil. However, proper study of terrain and site location have to be conducted prior to mobile house installation – to assure that bearing capacity of the soil and other environmental factors complement the safety and stability of the installed house.
- SITE WITH UTILITY CONNECTIONS (water, electricity, sewage…). This might be the most convenient option for Owners where based on our requirements you prepare the utility connections on selected site and after delivery and house installation – we just hook all the services.
- SITE WITHOUT UTILITY CONNECTIONS (OR with only some utility connections available). Based on site location we can provide you with partially or fully off-grid solution – in cooperation with our Associates, who are specialized in this type of solutions.
Our preference, if site conditions allow it, is to use electrical heaters/convectors for heating and inverter AC for cooling and heating as well. These electrical options are most convenient and easy to maintenance and control (even from distant location through internet connection). Many other options for heating are available – all according to your preference and site conditions / utility connections (gas stove, wood stove, pellet stove etc.)
